Due to the perishable nature of our crispy chicken skins, we do not accept returns; however, if your order is damaged or unsatisfactory, we are committed to making it right. Please reach out to our support team within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Return Process

Include clear photos of the packaging and product if you received items that were damaged during transit or are defective.

Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 2-3 business days to determine the eligibility for a refund or reshipment.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will process a store credit, full refund, or ship out a fresh batch of Flock Chicken Chips at no additional cost.
